Alan has an extensive business background spanning some twenty five years. In that time Alan has worked in Australia and overseas in banking and commodity broking. He has been an investor and partner in a number of projects over the years, most recently in the horticultural field. He has particular knowledge, experience and talent for developing start-up ventures into fully developed and profitable businesses.

Dr Raff is the CEO Starphama Pooled Development Limited, a listed Australian BIO Technology company. Dr Raff is also co-founder, director and major shareholder in Nutrihealth Pty Ltd and Douvro Pty Ltd. Both are technology based agriculture seed and food companies.
